Rock Out On The Road! (Summer Playlist)

Is there anything more annoying than sitting in the car with your squad and wanting to listen to the radio when not a single station seems to play decent music? Probably not.

That’s why I recently put together a mix of songs to listen to on car rides and – to be honest with you – it’s a masterpiece. (not self-complimenting at all, of course not)

I believe this playlist would be perfect if you’re going on aΒ road trip or a on holiday since it somehow immediately brightens your mood, so make sure to check it out if you’re planning a trip or are just generally looking for a summer jam.

I hope it will make you sing along and awkwardly dance in your seat as well, have fun listening! x

  1. Grade 8 – Ed Sheeran
  2. Need The Sun To Break – James Bay
  3. Save Rock And Roll – Fall Out Boy
  4. Snap Out Of It – Arctic Monkeys
  5. Competition – Little Mix
  6. Style – Taylor Swift
  7. Hotel Ceiling – Rixton
  8. Pacifier – Catfish & The Bottlemen
  9. Noserings And Shoestrings – Nina Nesbitt
  10. Night Changes – One Direction
  11. As We Are Now – Saint Raymond
  12. Therapy – All Time Low
  13. When We Were On Fire – James Bay
  14. How To Save A Life – The Fray
  15. Stay Out – Nina Nesbitt
  16. Ain’t It Fun – Paramore
  17. Like I Can – Sam Smith
  18. Little Things – One Direction
  19. Photograph – Ed Sheeran
  20. Breakeven – The Script

(The overall genre of the playlist is probably Alternative, but it’s kind of messy, so there are some upbeat songs but also slower ones which you can sing along to from the top of your lungs and get very emotional over. I actually created it for my dad and he asked me not to include anything too ‘extreme’, so I’d say you’re good to go if you listen to this with friends who usually only likerather mainstream music too.) πŸ™‚
